A Differentiated Distributor
Our Tubular Services segment has a long, storied history in the pipe business. Our subsidiary, Sooner Inc., has been distributing oil country tubular goods (OCTG) in the United States since 1937. OCTG includes the casing and production tubing that is used to prevent the well bore from collapsing during drilling and to carry the hydrocarbons to the surface during production.
Sooner is one of the largest distributors of tubular goods and logistics services in the world. We serve clients large and small around the globe with the products and services they need, when and where they need them. |

We have built a reputation as the go-to source by maintaining strategic international relationships with leading steel mills and threaders. This allows us to maintain the largest inventory of tubulars, spanning the complete range from carbon-grade pipe to high-strength alloy to hyper-chrome duplex. In addition to distributing a full range of OCTG sizes and grades, we provide or arrange for all of the ancillary services necessary to prepare pipe for running it down hole. Through our company-owned yards and our proprietary systems, we provide threading, repair, remediation third-party inspection and return services.

Locations
We have company-owned facilities in strategic areas including a location in Godley, Texas which serves the Barnett Shale region, a location in Midland, Texas serving the West Texas and Permian Basin regions, a yard in Searcy, Arkansas which serves the Fayetteville Shale region and our flagship AZ Terminal in Crosby, Texas which supports all U.S. operations.
