Oil States International, Inc. is a diversified solutions provider for the oil and gas industry. With locations around the world, Oil States is a leading manufacturer of products for deepwater production facilities and subsea pipelines, and a leading supplier of a broad range of services to the oil and gas industry, including production-related rental tools, work force accommodations and logistics, oil country tubular goods distribution and land drilling services. Oil States is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol OIS.
Our Offshore Products segment manufactures deepwater capital equipment which is used on floating production platforms, subsea pipelines and floating drilling rigs around the world. We manufacture our products primarily in the United States and United Kingdom for shipment around the world. In addition, we operate sales and service offices in France, Norway, Brazil, Nigeria, Azerbaijan, Singapore and Thailand.
Our Well Site Services segment provides three primary services at well sites throughout North America. We provide land drilling services in the United States with our fleet of highly mobile and efficient fit-for-purpose drilling rigs which are best suited for drilling shallow to medium depth development wells. Our drilling business currently operates in West Texas, the Rocky Mountain region and in Ohio. Our rental tools business provides rental equipment and services utilized in the completion and production stages of a well. These services and equipment are utilized in conjunction with wireline, coiled tubing, pressure pumping, flowback and well testing operations. We have locations throughout the active regions of the U.S. and Canada with a significant presence in the Rockies, Barnett Shale and Mid Continent regions and growing capabilities in the Fayetteville Shale region. Also within Well Site Services, we provide workforce accommodations primarily in Canada and the U.S. Our mobile, modular accommodations can be configured to comfortably house from 20 to 2,000 customer employees in some of the difficult operating environments in the world. Our accommodations business has a growing presence in the oil sands region of Alberta, Canada.
Our Tubular Services segment distributes oil country tubular goods (OCTG) which consists of the casing and production tubing. OCTG is utilized during drilling and production of oil land gas wells to stabilize the well bore and to produce hydrocarbons. Supplying product from both domestic and foreign OCTG manufacturers, our Tubular Services segment is one of the largest distributors of OCTG in the United States with four company-owned yards and from more than 50 third-party locations blanketing the U.S.
